PRO5 VIRGINIA CHANGES NAME TO PDG ACADEMY

PRO5's expansion into Virginia for Fall '22 and Spring '23 exceeded expectations. It has proven to be a great opportunity to take the distinctives of our PRO5 player development model to a great group of coaches and players in the Virginia area.  As an affiliate of PRO5 Sports Group, PRO5 Virginia will begin to operate as the "Generals" under PDG (Professional Development Group) led by Jeff Petty and his staff for the upcoming season. As amateur baseball continues to flourish in the "Academy" arena, PRO5 and PDG are committed to help aspiring baseball players to become the best they can be on and off the field for years to come. PDG General Manager Jeff Petty stated, “We are excited about the future and continuing our relationship with PRO 5 Baseball with developing young men on and off the field, and playing elite competition. PRO5 & PDG will continue to put player development at the forefront of what we do.” PDG Head Coach Anthony Burke stated, "We are excited to work closely with PRO5 to continue to develop players at the highest level possible. We look forward to creating a new identity as PDG and happy to have PRO5 help us with the growth of our organization."

PDG Academy will kick off the 2023-2024 season starting in August!
